Logan Peak Capital is the advisory and investment holding company of James Merkur, an investor and advisor to growth-oriented and established businesses.
James brings over 25 years of institutional capital markets and private investing experience, including senior roles at Goldman Sachs, CIBC World Markets, Genuity Capital Markets, and Canaccord Genuity, and nine years as President of Intercap Inc., a Toronto-based merchant bank.
James currently serves on the boards of Docebo Inc. (TSX: DCBO), E Automotive Inc., Plex, and Brass Enterprises Inc., the Canaccord Genuity Employee Trust and has previously served on the boards of NYX Gaming Group, Resolver, Canaccord Genuity Growth Corp., and Canaccord Genuity Acquisition Corp., among others.
Logan Peak Capital was founded in 2015 and is based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
